REIMark began working with Dr. Vales early in the design process of her new pediatric dental office. She had a clear vision of building a dental office that reflected a Floridian style that added to the charm and culture of St. Petersburg. At the onset of construction, President and Founder Jason Werr walked Dr. Vales through the building process, explaining not only what activities were upcoming but why they were important to a successful project. Recognizing her meticulous eye for detail and practical need for functionality, REIMark guided her through the product selection process and talked through each option to help her make an informed decision. This included collaborating with her to review green building alternatives to lower energy bills, ultimately deciding on 2-lb spray foam to help cool the attic in the summer. With a cheery yellow exterior, the finished product is a unique dental office that is inviting to children and impressively functional without sacrificing style and personal charm.
